NEW EVENT JUST ADDED: Attention Riders: There is a 50-year Nacogdoches MX Red Dirt Reunion on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at noon in the pavilion. If you ever rode the Nac track or thought about riding it, come over and socialize. There will be lots of old racers telling bench stories from throwback days at Nacogdoches. Bring your memorabilia to share. Larry Nabours will be officiating.
NEW EVENT JUST ADDED: Golf outing to an area golf course on Wednesday afternoon. Four-some scramble.
Golf outing to Cypress Hills in Waskom, Texas, on Wednesday afternoon. The course is 1/2 way between Jefferson and Shreveport, off I-20 East, less than 30-minute drive. Meet at RV Office at 12:05 PM, or go directly to golf course and meet there at 1:00 PM, under name of Diamond Don. Four-some scramble. All welcome including local area golfers. Beverages will be provided. Perfect event for that newbie golfer or for more experienced. Bring your clubs or borrow from other golfers. Fundraiser for Jefferson Railway and Wetlands Foundation to support local youth activities. Donations welcome. Want to be included? Reach out to John Gott, Golf Chairman. NEW EVENT: Dual Sport Adventure Ride – All street legal modern dual sport bikes are welcome.
8:00 AM — Meet at Pavilion for breakfast; 9:00 AM first bike out. No registration fees. This is a fundraiser for Jefferson Adopt-A-Cop to help law enforcement officers in Marion County pay for required equipment that is not paid for by their employer. Your generous donation is appreciated. If you come into the RV Park for the Thursday ride only, there will be no gate fee charge, but you will be required to sign our standard release forms. Thank you, Bobby Pickard, Billy McWhorter, Mike Haynes & Robert E. Lee, for putting together the Harrison & Marion County course of approx. 100 miles. There will be interesting places to stop to get gas, supplies and even enjoy lunch. There is also an intermediate route of about 60 miles.
CLICK HERE to download Garmin Base Camp. When download is complete and you open it close the task browser, go to the upper left hand corner and click on file and choose import to my collection. You will need to save these two files to your computer, then upload them into “my collection”. Once upload is complete the route should open up itself.

Be sure to get your raffle tickets for a 1985 Suzuki RM 125, full floater. This is a solid project bike for Next Gen and comes with additional parts, gift certificates and Dunlop tires. Race bike donated by Jere & Tracey Kellough. Tickets are one for $5, 5 for $20, and $22 for $100 with sales on site. Our goal is to raise $5000! Teri Felix will be on her beautiful golf cart throughout the park and all events to sell tickets. Proceeds from the raffle sales will benefit Jefferson Railway and Wetlands Foundation to support Jefferson youth activities; Jefferson Adopt-A-Cop to help law enforcement officers in Marion County pay for required equipment that is not paid for by their employer; and to underwrite race entertainment expenses. Drawing for bike will be held during Sunday evening trophy presentation.
